Why are the status of my order under AWAITING FOR BANKWIRE? If you have choosen BANK TRANSFER, your order will be pending for payment. Please do the transfer and contact us to verify your payment has been received.
I have did the transfer but no followup? Contact us once you have did the transfer.We will verify on our end and change your order status.

SingPost Normal Mail VS Registered Mail Most user will opt for Normal Postage that is lower on cost, But do take note that normal postage do not offer tracking service, hence its risky if the mail goes missing in action, we are not liable for any lost of mail nor offer any form of compensation from us. While Registered Postage can be track for its status, once your order have been sent out, you can obtain the tracking number on your account.
SingPost Postage Speed Registered Postage and Normal Postage are at the same speed during non peak period.Mailing will be slowed down during festive season but registered mails will have priority.Normally it would take about 3 days to receive your order after the order have been dispatch out to PostOffice, we have customer informing us that they only receive their order about 10 days later during festive season.
Home Delivery Courier Service Products with Free Home Delivery will be dispatch by 3rd Party Local Courier, Orders that are placed on morning can opt for delivery by 5pm to 8pm evening or next day delivery from 12pm to 5pm. Delivery tracking number will be given on your account in order to track the item status.
