Are handphones for export purpose use-able in local? Yes, we deal with phones with GSM or local network compatible models only, but they are not iDA approved & without warranty
Is there any product warranty for the handphones? Yes, for local iDA Approved Models are with full local manufacturer’s warranty, base on delivery order date. This doesnt cover Export Set.
Is there any product warranty for the accessories? Unless stated for Export Purchase, or not, most of the accessories are with 6 months warranty & cover by varies brand service center.

What if the product that I purchased is defective upon delivery? For Phone, You will have to send in to the authorized service center in Singapore for repair along with your warranty card and proof of purchase or invoice. For other accessories, please contact us for shop warranty. There will be no exhange or refund from our company.
